Welcome to SofyAI. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SofyAI mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

The content generated by the AI based on your Input ("Output") is owned by you. However, you acknowledge that Output may sometimes be incomplete, incorrect, or reflect content generated by other users. You use the Output at your own risk and must not rely on it as factual or professional advice.

3.3. Service IP

All software, technology, designs, and content used to provide the Service (excluding your Input) are the property of SofyAI and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use only.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is prohibited by these Terms or by law. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Generating or attempting to generate **illegal, hateful, abusive, threatening, or sexually explicit content**.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
• Using the Service to create or train a competitive AI model or service.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SOFYAI BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SERVICE.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of **India**, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and SofyAI irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in **India** for all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Service.
